Hello happy....

It looks like a Hungarian stamp used in Czechoslovakia but I haven't seen that overprint before.......nice looking though.

I'm no expert for these stamps, but I'd certainly seek one on this!

I only have an old Michel East Europe from 1991. There this stamp can be found under "Tschechoslowakei" Number 110. It is listed with a catalog value of 6000,- Mark used! Thats roughly 3000,- Euro -> 3900,- US$

But again, please note that I'm NOT an expert on Czech stamps, I don't know if this stamp really is Nr. 110, but I didn't find any other with this design and a postal value of 70 Filler in the catalog.

It's not a problem to get more opinions. I think it is wise! You are already aware of my opinion.

All other opinions (including mine) aside, you will most certainly need to have it certified before you will get anything close to catalog value.

Good luck!

This issue was highly counterfeited. Easy to do with a very common Hungarian stamp and an otherwise rare provisional from the break up of
Austro-Hungarian Empire. It would be important to note that Slovakia and
Ruthenia, that made up eastern Czechoslovakia, were within the Hungarian
postal system, while Bohemia & Morovia (Czech) were under the Austrian postal system, the cancel on the stamp is Prague which at that time would have at least used an Austrian stamp before a Hungarian. Also, being that this is a cut out square instead of an entire envelope it is likely counterfeit.

Here's what I've found......All info from Scott 08.

Hungary #99 is the only one of that id (A4) that is a 70 filler.

With Czechoslovakia Overprint....#B70 (semi-postal)...used $1,600.....again the only A4-70 filler.

If I were you....I'd protect it well, find a couple of local dealers and get several opinions.
