hello! I bought a colletion unseen just one or two sides I saw!but it has meny fine stamps!i have seen this from argentina the beutyfol cowe but I newer have seen it whith owerprint!is there enyone whith som info of this stamp!i dont knowe has it eny value!i hope so!

Sorry, I should have pointed out that it was issued in 1951 and probably overprinted around that time. Catalogue value a couple of cents (Euro, US or otherwise).
