I'm confused by the fact there's no town or city in the postmark.

I believe that was used by the Philadelphia carrier department on locally delivered mail.

paperhistory, thanks. I only have a beginners knowledge of these things. I'm surprised by the late usage. Late as in the year, not the 5PM time.

I cannot find an example of this postmark. Google is my only tool. Are there any specific sites or search tools I could be using?
