Can Someone Help With These Questions?

Hello everyone. Recently, I came across these Canadian stamps in a mix "lot" bag of stamps. Can someone please inform me if the King George V precancel from Toronto Ontario,is considered a Scott 195c? Is this common for this certain stamp to have imperforated margins as a precancel listing? When I was researching Canadian stamp precancel sites, I did not see any being sold except perforated for low values, so it me wonder if this stamp might be scarce
Is the Queen Victoria considered a Scott Canada 67a with thick paper?
The other two King George V1 1 cent green and 3 cent carmine, I do not see listed in my Scott's reference book under Canada Sect. Can someone help provide the reference numbers for these two stamps? The 1 green looks thicker possibly cardboard with French language in typewriting form letters of a few words. The 3 cent carmine is thin paper without gum. Any response would be appreciated.Thank you.

At first glance, the thicker ones (if any) appear to be cut from Post Office issued Post Cards....or, just possibly, plate proofs on card.

If any are printed on paper, they could be cut from Postal stationery envelopes or newspaper wrappers.

They are all cut outs from postal stationery. The first one shown, King George V with the 4530 is a Toronto precancel.

The normal value of the Canadian imperf for the Scott 195c (1932)is a nice value (without) war tax code from the area of Toronto. So,i will place this separate in my collection.
