I just receive this one, the guy use a cancel FDC to mail my ebay stamp, and the cover was already been use , and look at is feedback , he already did it too others as the feedback show. The neutral feedback should have been neg , he is very lucky. I guess this is another reason stuff get lost in the mail

And Poste Canada never cancel it, so it ...I notice they don't cancel anything since before Xmass, I guess it's the new way employees use to protest.

That's explain the free shipping

I can't recall the seller's name, but I'm pretty sure I've bought from them, too. Or at least I've gotten mail from a Canadian seller an awful lot like this. I thought it was kind of curious but I didn't think much of it, since I got the item I paid for in a reasonable amount of time.

I am unexcited. If we can use achronistic postage to send an item and think we are 'being philatelic' - when all we are doing is documenting some of the folly, and all of the decline of our hobby - recycling a near-valueless FDC strikes me as, well, pretty unexciting.

I would improve on this method by finding something - peelable label, perhaps? - to cover the FDoI stamps (to avoid detection of any tagging) and then use the *back* of the FDC is the 'new' mailing surface.

Hardly the same as paving streets with other peoples' gravestones.

A lot like painting over a trashy seascape.

Cheers,
