A stamp of the lot from Hong Kong I received has the left side without teeth ( see scan)
Is it normal for a stamp of that period ( in my case Scott#15 ?
Is it coming from a roll ?
I don't have the Stanley Gibbons catalogue.
Is it a bad cutting of the stamp ?

Thank you

It is a wing margin stamp. Many wing margins were cut off.
