Anyone else out there collect signed items?...I have lots of Slania signed items..here are some featuring French engravers.
There must be something in the wine they're drinking...most have lived to 80 yrs old or more!

Henry Cheffer (1880-1957)
Raoul Serres (1881-1971)
Jacques Combet (1920-1993)

Why did you make three different topics with the same titles? If you want to do "Collecting Covers-Cards Signed by Engravers" they can all go in one topic. Why make people hunt all over the place to see them? If you want to do by specific country or engraver then that's fine in different topics, but make the title specific to that.

I found this one for 25 cents some years ago. Signed by Edward R. Grove, who engraved the Washington portrait on the stamp. He later left the BEP and joined Security Bank Note Co. where he engraved hundreds of foreign stamps.
