I have written my Ticonderoga Stamp Club column for the March/April 2016 issue of The Stamp Insider. The column is about deck cards and was prompted by a deck card that one of the members of the stamp club has from the 2006 Samuel de Champlain stamp that was issued in both Washington, D.C. and Ticonderoga in May 2006. As you may remember Postes Canada also issued a Champlain stamp and both postal agencies jointly issued a souvenir sheet at the same time.
That led me to wondering if there is any news of similar joint issues between the USPS and other postal agencies for the upcoming NY show in May/June.
