I need help identifying if this is indeed a Mecklenburg 1864 Coat of Arms 1sch.

yes it is, does it have gum, a scan of the reverse and a better scan of the front would help value it,

As labeled, the 1 schilling would be in the space to the left. You have the 1 silbergroschen. Note the different currency units and design.
