Stamp in question on
ebay is <99 cents, at Stampworld.com is $3.40 (more than 3 times as much). I don't hold it against stampworld, I am just not sure about sending newer hobbyist there. It a good resource for them to identify a stamp, but some newer hobbyists seem to latch onto the high values to justify the perception that they might retire on their grandfathers moldy collection.
