I found this stamp on ebay after nobody bid on the stamp I made a small offer and the dealer jumped on it. What attracted it to me was the huge double transfer all over the entire stamp. The DT is about 2 mm to the top showing in all the letters and framelines, Another bonus was the many small blue silk fibers on thicker paper than normal making this a RO89e with a double transfer-not listed in Scott.

Scott lists all other variety's of this stamp with double transfer. As I looked closer at my copy of RO89e, it is DT as well. Mine shows shift predominately on the right. Makes sense that E silk would have it too. Nice find! Maybe we will get an updated listing in Scott.
Thanks for the post, never noticed the DT before. You have a nice copy.

Unless Scott is notified they won't know to update the listing. And unless the stamp has a cert from a recognized expert group they will not add it to the catalog.

At the very least, MUCH higher resolution images are needed.

Fortunately I can see the DT with these since I know well what the stamp looks like and where to see it.

I hope this is a better picture of this stamp showing a large double transfer-note the bottom frame line into the design.
