I thought this made up for an interesting post, not only has the green been omitted by the printer as described in Scott 87b but the entire green print is shifted 1mm too far to the right/down.

Stamps 545, why do you think the green is missing? I see clearly a color there. To me the color is bleached out, either printed lightly but it seems to have been in the sun too long. Notice how the whole stamp, brown, green, and even the cancellations are much lighter! Especially on the second example you showed.

Stamps 545, another possibility could be that these stamps were printed with fugitive ink. And yes, the green print is shifted to the right!
