The panes in this booklets range from about 89 to 100 mm wide. This is due to differences in the width of the tabs. The 100mm wide pane I have is tagged on the left edge and shows the half a perforation hole from the pane which would have been printed to the left.

Two questions - Neither appear to be covered in Harris's book. Any suggestions of pointers to printed references would be greatly appreciated.

What was the layout of the stamps on the printing cylinders. (ie how many panes were printed side by side)

How did this variation in the width of the panes width occur.

Sorry a Ccmplete cock up on my part I meant BK 78.

Perhaps it would be better if I started this topic again with the correct title.

I am not sure how much pictures will help as the part I am interested in is just the blank margin to the left of the stamps which attaches the pane to the booklet cover but I will see how a scan turns out this weekend. It is this margin which varies in width. The rest of the pane with the printed stamps is unchanged.
