I have two stamps that have the postage value that shows as an Arabic 1 followed by a square dot. One I have identified as an Egyptian stamp but can't find the other in Scott's under Egypt. What other countries use this type of postage amount? Thanks, Jim

I've checked Scott's under Pakistan, Jordan, Turkey, and Egypt to no avail.

Are you talking about the 'diamond' shape on this stamp?

Jim, upload a scan of these stamps, can you? It will help a lot. There's any number of Arabic-speaking and non-Arabic speaking countries which use Arabic script (including numerals) on their stamps.
