Need help from the pros on two points--including hopes and dreams.

1. Would you describe the attached as imperf. or part perf.? Seems pretty unique to me. Scott's doesn't list an imperf. Picked this up in a cigar box full of rev's (200+ and lots of machine/hand cancel too), BOB, postage due, etc. off ebay last year for a mere pittance.

2. Saw a post on using soap and 'good' water to soak and clean. Do you think that would help this stamp much? I do want to get rid of the slight fold on the upper edge--or should I try using an iron?(I also have a #116 yellowish orange Og Nh Ngrill that is stained/dirty looking--in a quandary about trying to clean or leave as is. Definitely not a 127 by looking at glue but even if it is, it is of decent value. Not authenticated yet. So, I thought I would pose the cleaning question here!)

Thanks, Fr. Bob

This stamp had the perfs trimmed off of three sides and has no real value except as a spacefiller. It's a good stamp to practice on if you haven't had much experience cleaning stamps though.

The R10b is a very stamp as I have only seen one copy in the last 35 years.
