Please help in identifying stamps , the year of issue and issuer or country or anything about it.

They're clearly Soviet Union cinderellas, see the arms. Dating, I would say, from the decade of 1980.

The emblem is the inscription "Eesti" However, in the lower left corner of the flag of the GDR

I believe these are labels issued by the East German "Society for German–Soviet Friendship" (Gesellschaft für Deutsch-Sowjetische Freundschaft).

They have the Society's emblem at the bottom left which includes the East German and Soviet Union flags.

The arms on the upper part of the cinderellas, are clearly those from the Ukraine SSR and Estonian SSR (EESTI NSV). In my view, they date from the late 80's.
