Hi,
I'm glad to pass along a "job well done" to Amos - the producers of the Scott album pages.

In a new version of the part 1 international album I bought awhile back, the first page for Grenada was reversed. Likely it somehow got the holes punched on the wrong side.

I wrote Amos and they had never heard of that before, so I supplied photos. I sure can't fault them for questioning, for I would have thought that "impossible" to happen.

Anyway, they immediately got a replacement page in the mail, VERY securely wrapped, and it arrived yesterday.

I really appreciate what they did, especially as there was no charge.

Thank you AMOS!

Several years ago, I had a similar experience with a couple of damaged pages. I called, they were very helpful, and immediately sent replacement pages.
