You have a charity seal from the National Wildlife Federation. Note the initials NWF, the copyright symbol, and a date (which I can't read on yours, but it should be within a year or two of 1972) toward the lower right corner of the Cinderella.

Here is a booklet from 1972 with a similar format. Cover is slightly more than 3"x5". Panes of 10 seals inside. Each seal inside is approximately 1"x1.5"

Found a listing on ebay that identifies it as "NATIONAL WILDLIFE FEDERATION CHRISTMAS STAMP 1973, RED CROSSBILL"
