Stamp King Are These Considered Cinderellas?

I Came across these in a pile of stamps. Obviously a dealer my Grandfather purchased stamps from. I check the internet they seem to be here in chicago. It could be the same one.
I wonder if there still redeemable?

I must pay them a visit sometime when i'm on that side of town.

well they look like stamps they say stamp on them are they considered Cinderellas? and, if not. Why?

They are stamps, but not postage stamps. Back in the "good old days" almost everybody gave them out when you bought from them

They belong in the savings or Trading stamp category of Cinderella collecting.
A nice and colourful collection can be formed cheaply with such items.
