I don't have a catalog for Canadian stamps. Can anyone tell me the catalog number and approximate CV?

Newspaper wrapper cutout or postcard cutout. Looks like a Die II, minimal value as a cutout. Either a Unitrade PB15 or UX 29 ?

Looks funny to me.

Inasmuch as there were no envelopes with the Admiral indicia, this will be from a postal card.
P29 or from a reply card P30 or P31. Webb's doesn't list the value of cut squares.

Unitrade 109, 2014 the CV was $30.00 so real world $3 - $8.00 depending on how much original gum is left and what the hinged area is like. There were 1,092,000,000 printed so basically found in every Canadian collection.

Here is a buy it now for $7 but a little cleaner than yours and listed as MLH (Mint, lightly hinged)

I'd have to politely disagree with that. The stamp is easily VF. A good hot bath and press would clean it right up into a very attractive piece.
