I have several Espanol stamps from this era, and all are in great shape.
Is there one (or more) Spanish stamps from this bunch or others from the same time period that are highly sought after?

Thanks!

Area66, the 'Y' of Cabo-Juby looks different to me. The overprint is also much longer. Is the stamp / overprint faked?

They are certainly sought after by lovers of engraved stamps - not sure about highly. These were issued by Spain in 1926 and with colours changed and overprinted for all the colonies. They were printed, as you can see, by Waterlow and Sons in London and are the work of one of the great engravers, John Augustus Charles Harrison.

They would certainly be welcome in my collection, even if the overprints turned out to be faked, though I doubt that is the case as the unoverprinted stamps are different colours.
