I've noticed that the same copy of R151a has resold on ebay several times this year. It always sells, but always seems to pop back up a week or two later.

I'm not sure what the purpose is here. Wouldn't ebay charges apply if it is sold? Is this an example of shill bidding?

It was just relisted this morning after "selling" about a week ago.

A search of sold listings for R151a will lead you to the others.

Hes certainly getting very high prices on some items according to his feedback. Multiple bidders some items have just one bid. If the R151a is being constantly relisted then there is a shill. In which case it will only go when a real bidder is prepared to pay whatever his target price is. No ebay charges would not apply if he cancels the sale each time. ebay should be able to spot that blind folded. Though I think they are now calculating canceled sales against seller status.

Silly stamp to bother doing this, it's only a $150 stamp at most anyway with those perf issues. A nice one only brings $300
