I recently purchased this France #48c. It's not perfect, but looks pretty good as the high face value of the Bordeaux series in my album. On the back there are a couple of apparent expertiser marks; I've looked in a few online sites but can't come up with a match for either. Anyone have an idea who's marks they are and/or any other information? Thanks!

They might be "dealer" marks or just collectors marks.

I couldn't see the marks on your 80c clearly enough to match them.

Great link. That's where I've been searching but can't find anything, have a few Iceland stamps with marks as well. I was thinking they could be collector's marks but "VSHOL" or "USHOL" had me thinking it looked in particular like it could have been an expertiser's, especially with the positioning.

Interesting area, I don't have too many with something like that and have noted them only on high value items like this.

Thanks.
