The stamp shown is the 1938 issue. The 1936 issue has the text at bottom. In the 1938 issue, the text is removed, revealing the rest of the portrait.

No big deal, Robert. It's not unusual for seasoned collectors to mis-ID. I've seen confusion between 2 similar sets in many a collection that I've gone through. And I know I've made similar mistakes dozens of times.

I obtained a copy of Scott Cat after all, thought would try (Note TRY) to learn more.
