Gidday guys,
Recently I bought a lot off ebay and found this Belgium stamp.
I use stampworld.com to find years and values and I can't find this 1
Could any1 let me know what year it's from and if it's of any value.

It's a revenue of 1891 Forbin # 273 . no real value

Was an easy call as Belgium use French and flamand on the stamp and I'm working on Austrian revenue right now so I have a forbin catalogue with me
