Who Can Recomment UV Light Device For German Stamps?

Many German stamps(SBZ,BIZO,DDR etc.) supposed to glow under UV light.
I have Long Wave source (possibly not powerful enough), but I cannot see anything, not a single stamp. Do I need a short wave for those stamps?

Probably so. I have a Lighthouse UV lamp that does both long (380nm) and short (254nm), and I've noticed that earlier German stamps will only show color changes under short.
