Korea Please Identify

I All

I have this stamp that I cannot find in the catalogue. The currency is "Hwan" which makes this stamp to be at least from 1953 on. It appears to have a 'wavy' line watermark like a #257 type?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you

Bujutsu, it is a pretty little stamp, but I can not find it in regular South Korean stamps. Could it be something besides a postage stamp?

Peter is correct, it is not a postage stamp. That is why you could not find it in the Scott catalog.

You have a South Korean revenue stamp from the 2nd Hwan Series (~1955). In the KSSC, it is #RP-48.

Thanks all for your help. I know I went through the Korean stamps thoroughly and was beginning to think that it was not a regular postage stamp.

I actually don't have a KSSC, I only have the KPC which doesn't list the revenues.

In case nobody chimes in, I'll try to contact Dave -- he might have one.
