Can not help with a Scott number, but it is part of the 1941 Tazawa issue. It comes both watermarked and unwatermarked. The latter would be the scarce one.

Just checked ebay and it is 145. There are about three for sale at about one to two dollars each.

Thanks! I knew there was another one with the same image worth considerably more. If I scan the back, could you tell if there is a watermark?
