I haven't seen Wert post something for a few hours, and I know his specialty is Canada, but going through my France duplicates, I found this one. All of my other 80+ copies have this little dot in the top curve of the 6.



But, for some reason, I have a copy with no dot whatsoever.






Really. No kidding. (Not April's Foot Day yet.) Check out your copies. Probably just wiped clean or covered by dust or something. I just thought it was interesting.

Hi Partime
Have just checked my few copies of this stamp - 4 have the 'dot in 6', 1 does not. So it seems the 'dot' is the normal stamp.
