I am sorting out my father's dealer stock of Canada, had a few oldies in it but not any gems. However, some of these Smll Queens are hard to figure out. Not sure if the scan helps or not, but the stamp on the left is definitely a lighter color than the dark grey on the right, which is definitely a 42.
But I don't really see much "green" in the left stamp either.
It's perf 12 all around so trying to narrow it down by perforation is not helping.

(and pity it has the one pulled perf on the right side, since the centering would make it at least a Fine+ stamp. Also supposedly Never Hinged but I take that with a grain of salt, and assume regummed)
I am thinking it might be a late Ottawa print of the first small queens, which ofc Unitrade does not assign a number to. I could see "pearl grey" but the paper itself doesn't seem to be the "poor white" that Unitrade describes.
