I have been gifted some stamps. Same old story.
except, I think they're worth more than a couple bucks. Taking to be appraised tomorrow.

I read an article in Macleans about the 2 cent large queen stamp - I think tomorrow is going to be a good day.

First thing they'll tell you is that those are small queens

Hello and welcome to the forum !

Unfortunatly, these are not large queens but small Queens.

Only three copies of the two cent large queen on laid paper are known to exist. Why would you think you have laid paper stamps ?

I hope you aren't paying for the appraisal as it will likely cost more than the total value of these stamps. A bit of research can save a huge disappointment.
