Robi13, many of the poor countries of Africa and other parts of the world produce stamps as a source of revenue; they make stamps mainly for sale to stamp collectors. Beginning stamp collectors like these stamps because they are colorful and they show people, animals, events, or topics they like. Serious stamp collectors generally do not collect these stamps.

This stamp looks good because the Rwandan government had Courvoisier, a noted Swiss stamp printer produce this issue for them.

Geoff, that did cross my mind as I was typing the words. A few decades ago, who would have thought there would be such a flood of "stuff" down the road?

Bookbndrbob.
Appriciate your input, but I'm not a biginner collector neither professional collector in the matter of fact I'm definitely not a stamp collector :) , I have them, I'm having fun with them and mainly working out my brain finding those tiny details as well as the history. So I put the stamp back where I found it and where it looked good.

GeoffHa.
Thank you for evaluating/feedback my up-to-date posts, even though I don't remember requesting you for it, in fact you sa the experienced member (pillar of the community) have big space for improvement when it comes to practicing tactfull attitude. Btw, Please don't call me Bob.

Cheers,

Robi13, I puzzled over your last post and eventually came to see that your message to GeoffHa was prompted by your apparent misunderstanding as to whom he was addressing. Bob is bookbndrbob.

But then, to avoid confusion, does that mean we should start calling bookbndrbob -- Geoff?

Everything is going to be so coded. I'm going to start calling KGB -- CIA .

As far as me, my username gets mistyped 50% of the time anyway...

My apologies also to the non-norteamericanos who haven't seen Abbott and Costello.
