Hi guys...Been thinking about the terminology we as stamps collectors have taken as the standard for years...
Everyone and I mean everyone calls the picture below a mis perf.

Here is my take on mis perfs..Ya maybe the majority of perfs off center can be called mis perfs, but in some cases a mis perf is NOT a mis perf...
Take a look at the pane of stamps below, and imagine if it was run through the perforation machine upside down...Look at the pane, the salvedge top and bottom is different, and if it is fed into the perf machine it would look and be called a mis perf...can we think of another name to call this phenomenon..?
