No, not issued as a coil. However the red 20m was redrawn and reissued in 1922 and has Scott's #191. Size is 25x21mm. I looks like the top row of perf were cut off at some point ... note the uneven top edge.

It's curious that both the 10 & 20 Mark values (Scott 154 & 155A) were redrawn smaller but only the 20Mk gets a new number in Scott, all other catalogues list both.

There's only one Polish stamp I know of that was also produced for coils & that is The Sienkiewicz stamp of 1928 (Scott 257).
