I tried to id these myself so please bare with me. Can anyone help confirm these numbers starting from top left? Thanks in advance! R24c, R27c, R6c, R135, R163, R164, R55c, R59c, R44.

The top three and bottom three are common first issue revenues, the middle three are the 2 cent third issue and two documentary battleships from 1898, also very common. The numbers appear to be correct.

It is not listed in Scott. Warren listed these in a catalog that was published in the American Philatelist circa 1967. Lehmann and Lueck updated that catalog and it is available from Eric Jackson. I am at APS Stamp Show and do not have my copy with me. Perhaps someone else can supply the catalog number. Your stamp is quite common and is part of a fairly long series of documentary stamps. If I recall correctly it was printed by our Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
