Ugh...this is the kind of stuff that leads people to find a 10 or 20 year old stamp and think they hit paydirt.

Not only NOT written by someone with philatelic knowledge, it was written by someone with very poor writing skills: "For example, a British Penny Red is valued at upwards of $795K -- and that's just if it's in mint condition. Other valuable types include Chinese stamps, Indian stamps and stamps with a picture of Queen Victoria on them."

That's the sort of writing you get from someone without grade school education.

That's great publicity for a dealer who sell the big box with 10 000 stamps. Look for the gems! It's a business... One way to make a short term illusion into a long term stay away from stamp collecting. I don't collect stamps for the money. I do it to learn, enjoy and relax. Daniel
