Picked this up in a dollar box at a show recently. At first I was wishing it had the whole stamp, but when I showed it to Eric Jackson at his booth, he explained this is how a used form should look. There were 2 halves to this form, and the stamp covered both sides, hence only half appearing on my piece.

Too bad it isn't in better condition.........
