I bought these 3 auctions kinda way out of my league but I saw them and they looked neat. Was the owner doing something good and I should leave these a collection or should I break it up and try to make $

Nice group of lots. Trying to collect each plate number used to produce these issues is a fascinating pursuit. Be prepared to work on it for years if you hope to achieve anything near completion. I suggest that you get a current copy of the Durland catalog. The American Plate Number Single Society is a good resource as well. The United States Specialist publication is a must have as there have been a good number of recent and past articles on US possessions in general and plate number collecting more specifically.

These are very very nice, sorry I missed bidding on them. If you want to make a modest profit, I would be happy to buy some/all.
