Just wondering if this is a booklet pane or not. Just the outside perfs throw me for a loop. Could it be from a sheet and then someone put 2 small holes to look like a staple. If it is then I bonus because it's mint never hinged too, and are there any varieties to this stamp to look for.

Northerner0, this is Michel Heftchen Blatt 57 from MH (booklet) 25. Yes, those are staple holes. There were 2 other (both different) panes in the booklet. Catalog value for your booklet pane is 80 euros for MNH.

You want to keep the whole thing intact, including the piece with the staple holes.

These stamps were printed in big sheets, so it is possible to have a pane like yours connected to another pane like yours, only upside down, as a long horizontal "block". That would be a block of 12 in the middle, with 6 being upside down, plus 4 blank fields with the "x"s on each end. This one is called MHB 12 and it catalogs 850 euros.

Collecting these zusammendrucke can get quite expensive, and some of them are very hard to find.
