From what I can tell, this is a Scott 99. But it seems to vary in value on ebay. Anything I should be looking for? I have other roos from the same era.
If this really is 99, it is not worth a whole lot. But you can not be sure what this is - different printings of this stamp, with watermarks etc. On this one we need to know if there is a watermark, what it shows and the perforations.
