Part of my Great Grandfathers collection he has labelled them as watermark crown over SA close 1895 to 1897 perforated 13 there is block of 48 in total is this a common flaw thank you

Am not really into States or Colonies stamps.

Value?

There looks to be a lot of foxing about the sheet but it looks even.

The back of the sheet could be very important.

On the plus side it is a very attractive size sheet with a substantial perf flaw included.

The one penny at that time would of been mass printed I would say.

A price at auction could be anything from $100 to $1,000+
