Wondering if anyone has ever seen this before. The castle stamp 30 heller is a definitive from 1918 and the bird 2 heller is a newspaper stamp from 1919. Both were issued imperfed. Could it have been a sheet of the 30 heller lying around and they need to calibrate the printing machine for the new run or what. Front and back for your viewing enjoyment.

Yes, actually quite common. It's printers waste and a lot of it found it's way into the collector market. Yours is a bit more unusual than most due to the size of the block and the dual designs.
