Error Stamps, Are They Rare?

1st 2 wrong colors and the 2nd has got a vertical orange line between perf and image (left bottom).

The top two are not in the wrong colours, unless you mean shades? They look normal to me - they are just two-coloured stamps. Or is there more to it?

The bottom one, I can't see the line you mention. However your description sounds like a Doctor Blade Flaw, where a bit of the ink has been dragged across the surface. Minor ones on single stamps tend to just be curios which collectors might take passing note of, but they wouldn't add much (if anything) to its value.

Hi,

The orange line on the Romanian stamp is the name of the designer, "H MESCHENDORFER" with an umlaut on the "O".

The colours on the two German stamps look normal to me.
