Specialized Catalog For Costa Rica?

I understand that SOCORICO, the Society for Costa Rica Collectors, produced a specialized catalog about 10 years ago. According to their website, there is no pricing information in it, and that's fine, but is there any sense given of relative rarity of variations, etc?

Alternatively, is there, say, a Spanish-language specialized catalog for Costa Rica?

I do have the Scott Classic Specialized, and the Michel volume that includes Costa Rica, but it seems like Costa Rica is not a country where they've gone into specialized detail, as they have (Michel especially) for several other countries.

Although I saw no reference to it on the Society's website, I see on ebay that there is a new 2014 edition (4th ed.).

For anyone with this edition or perhaps the 3rd edition be able to comment on my question above about any indications of relative scarcity, if not pricing?

Just so you and possibly others don't think I'm a complete idiot (at least on this subject), on the "catalog" webpage on their website, it only references the 2004 (with a 2005 supplement). It might be helpful to others if they got a chance to update that.
