Thanks for the historical information DCstamps.

I agree Floortrader, the title should be changed to include the name Central Albania.

the top row on your page also has the Turkish handstamp but much lighter than the bottom row,

Thanks PAGODA , I picked up a STANLEY GIBBONS CATALOGUE today and they stated the stamps are actual FISCAL STAMPS not postage stamps ,but once overprinted with the Turkish inscribtion and crescent used as postage .

Fiscal. So that is why I think I saw a mention of the stamps being listed in the Barefoot catalogue.
