I just found this enclosure in a 1935 cover and thought it might amuse someone. What do these services cost now?

Peter,

If I'm reading correctly, it would be 50 cents over the face value. What was typical back then? 100 stamp sheets with each stamp at a face value of three cents? Then the cost would be $3.50.
