Hi guys...Take a look at your Scott 744 - 747 boat stamps....We all know about the "3 pulleys" (which Unitrade spells as pullies..haha).

Take a look at these 2 blocks...

First is what should be called "torn sail"...This is in PP19 only.




Second is what (again) should be called a "torn sail"...This is too distorted to be a donut...This is in PP8 only.

What at first glance may look like a "torn sail" is more clearly recognizable under higher magnification:
