Hi Guys...Was looking at this Scott 827 an noticed strange reddish marks in lower right hand corner...Thought it might (might) be a red cancellation..But does not look like anything I have noticed before..And the bottom line in the perfs is not really normal..Any one seen this before..?

Robert

Wert, I am not sure, but it looks like the red is more or less all over. Could it be from soaking? Like it was on a colored envelope?

I agree with Peter4522.
It's a colour bleed from the envelope.
The red doesn't match the red of the maple leaf.
