Hi guys...This is a Scott 744-747 "day of issue" cover..Always nice to have one with the Scott 747i variety (3 pulleys).

Robert, I still do not quite see it. There are all sorts of things different between the two stamps. Look for instance at the two lines coming from the front sail. They are just hanging in the air as is the rope behind the little guy that you circled. Looks like the black that printed the ropes is shifted quite far upwards?

Peter..Ignore the ropes, they are a result of shifted printing..Look where arrows are pointing.
