I saw a lot on ebay that appeared to use a number for a handstamped cancellation. I know there is a list of insurance cancellations, but is there a catalog or listing of other types of handstamped cancellations?
Both of the Tolman lists do not indicate value or scarcity. They are simply pictoral lists. I know that someone is working on updating the Insurance work; unsure if anyone is working on the Railroad list.
